Gender Program

Facilitate the Development of Women-Owned Agribusinesses - Completed Tender

USAID/REAP aims to create a number of initiatives to facilitate the development of women-owned and gender-equitable agribusinesses.
In Spring 2014 REAP developed a special gender initiative. Through this program five business service provider consortia will identify and select 80 to 100 women agribusiness entrepreneurs in five regions of Georgia. All of these will be trained to produce bankable business plans and a few who qualify will become REAP grant applicants. REAP will attempt to locate funding for the proposed agribusinesses.
